1For students whose housing contracts end before the time period allotted for the status change, eligibility to remain in housing terminates on the date listed on the contract.

2For students who defend in the month of May in time to qualify for the June degree list, enrollment is extended through the date of Commencement in order to allow them to retain, through that date, certain enrollment privileges, including an active TigerCard, library privileges, and access to on-campus University Health Services. Additionally, enrolled students who complete the degree in the month of May in time to qualify for the June degree list may be allowed to stay in University housing through the end of June, depending on their individual contract, and may receive a June payment of student stipend support, depending on the source of that funding.

3For students taking leaves for medical reasons, an extension of this benefit may be possible depending on the circumstances of the medical leave. Students are encouraged to discuss exceptional cases with the Office of the Dean of the Graduate School.

4For students required to complete academic requirements as a condition of return from leave, an extension of library privileges may be possible. Students are encouraged to discuss exceptional cases with the Office of the Dean of the Graduate School.
