Mail Services How to Address Mail & Packages Mail for all Graduate College residents should be addressed by the name and room number located on your housing contract: YOUR NAME 88 College Road West (Your room number) Princeton, NJ 08544 How to Pick Up Packages & Mail NOTE: The Porter's Lodge is unable to accept and hold packages or mail until you actually arrive on campus and move in. Please do not send them until you are here and able to pick them up. Letters Residents can pick up letter mail from the Porter's Lodge during business hours. Packages Delivery process: All packages are received, signed for, and (in most cases) placed into package lockers by the Porter's Lodge staff. Oversized packages that cannot fit in the lockers will be kept inside the Porter’s Lodge for pickup during business hours. Carrier notices: Carriers like USPS and Amazon may send a notification that your package has arrived. This does not mean it’s ready to pick up as the staff will need to log your package. Please wait for an email from the Porter's Lodge. This is the most accurate indicator that your package has actually arrived and is ready for pickup. Porter’s Lodge pick-up alert: When your package is ready for pickup, you will receive an email from the Porter's Lodge along with a PIN number that you will enter into a kiosk at the package lockers. There are two package locker banks, A and B. Please be sure you are at the correct bank. Once this PIN is entered, your locker will automatically open and you can retrieve your package(s). If you receive a package pickup notification without a PIN, it is ready for you inside the Porter's Lodge. Package Lockers: You may retrieve packages from our package locker banks near the Porter's Lodge at Old Graduate College Entry 15. Oversized Packages Oversized packages that cannot fit in lockers will be held in the Porter's Lodge. Please pick up oversized packages during office hours ASAP.
