Amy Pszczolkowski

Assistant Dean for Professional Development

Dean Pszczolkwoski leads the graduate student professional development initiatives sponsored and organized by the Graduate School.  She also manages partnerships with key programmatic centers for professional development across the University and develops new collaborations with internal and external partners, including employers and alumni.  

Prior to joining the Office of the Dean of the Graduate School, she worked in Princeton's Office of Career Services.  She has held administrative roles at several institutions over the past two and a half decades.  She completed her master's degree at Miami University in Ohio and her bachelor's degree at Allegheny College.


Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Co-curricular initiatives to support professional development and diverse career interests, including learning cohorts
  • Professional development program budget, including travel grants and student-initiated activities funds
  • Ph.D. long-term career outcomes tracking project
  • Professional development programs, including University Administrative Fellows and community college partnerships
