Join us in celebrating Princeton graduate students during Graduate Student Appreciation Week, April 1-5.

Throughout the year, the Graduate School offers a nonstop calendar of events to support graduate students. But during Graduate Student Appreciation Week, we step it up a notch with even more fun.

All events below are open to all graduate students, regardless of whether you live on or off campus. Some supplies may be limited, so get there early. It's first come, first served!

The Annual Big Swag Giveaway

Make Your Own Trail Mix

Gathering around the Fireplaces

4pm-7pm. Old Graduate College Common Room

Cozy up to a fire with friends... and snacks! (Note: Due to bad weather, this event has been moved from the outside firepit to the indoor fireplaces.)

Stuff your own Tiger

No lab, cubicle, or abode is complete without a tiger.

Plant Life

GradFUTURES Internship-Fellowship Fair and Showcase

11am-2pm. Frick Chemistry Lab Atrium

The GradFUTURES Internship-Fellowship Fair & Showcase kicks off the GradFUTURES Forum, the Graduate School's professional development conference for graduate students. Meet dozens of partners offering experiential learning opportunities and take advantage of career-oriented bonuses.

  • LinkedIn Profile Headshots & Expert Critiques: LinkedIn representatives will be on-hand. Graduate students are highly encouraged to register for headshots and LinkedIn Critiques in advance.
  • Free Business Cards: Co-sponsored by the Graduate Student Government (GSG), the first 100 attendees will receive a voucher for a box of 100 custom-printed business cards to use at conferences, symposiums, and networking receptions.

Saturday, April 6th Bonus event open to ALL graduate students!
Lakeside Graduate Student Appreciation Lunch

12-2pm. Lakeside Common Room

Hosted by the Lakeside Committee, with sponsorship by the GSG, ACC and the Graduate School, this lunch is a great opportunity for all graduate students to meet new friends and to visit the Lakeside Apartments adjacent to Lake Carnegie.
