Commencement Ceremony 2022

Commencement Ceremony 2020

Academic Regalia

Harden & Associates, the vendor who supplies the regalia for Princeton University, can be reached at 800-228-7935. 

Faculty-quality regalia. Faculty-quality regalia is custom-made regalia manufactured specifically for you. This regalia is manufactured for long-term usage, and with the proper care, could last your entire academic or teaching career. It adheres strictly to the requirements set down by the Intercollegiate Code. The cost of faculty-quality regalia is approximately $1018 plus shipping and sales tax where applicable. If you are receiving the Ph.D. degree, you may order either the orange and black gown, which has been officially adopted by Princeton University, or the black gown with black velvet panels. The official Ph.D. hood lining for Princeton is orange with a black chevron. 

Standard regalia. Standard regalia is manufactured for a one-time use and can be kept as a memento. If you intend to purchase standard regalia, you may do so through Harden & Associates. In order to receive a standard hood, the complete set of regalia must be ordered.
