GC House Non-Resident Membership Request for Academic Year 2021-2022 (for grad students who live off campus)

The Graduate College D-Bar is a private club of the Graduate College House, and as such, is only open to members of the House under NJ State Law. All dues-paying residents of the Graduate College and Graduate College Annexes are automatically members of the House. All university apartment contract holders are non-resident members of the House unless they had opted-out within 5 days of signing their apartment contract. Princeton University graduate students who do not live at the GC, the Annexes and university apartments may join the Graduate College House by purchasing a yearly Non-Resident Membership for a fee. In addition, you must be at least 21 years of age to enter the D-Bar during hours of operation.

*Academic Year 2020-21 GC non-resident membership is active through September 30, 2021. Academic Year 2021-22 GC non-resident membership is active through September 30, 2022.

All members must adhere to the rules governing the D-Bar:
  • Each member may sign in up to nine guests. Members will be held legally responsible for the actions of their guest(s) and cannot sign in people who are not their legitimate guests. All guests must be signed-in with the doorman and must sign out before leaving the bar. Guests must be signed out by the member who signed them in, and may not be signed back in by another member. Guests must leave either before the member or with the member.
  • All members and guests must show proper proof of membership and age to the doorman upon entering the D-Bar to be allowed in. No one under 21 will be permitted to enter during hours of operation.
  • All members and guests must obey all posted rules and regulations.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the D-Bar.
