Stress, anxiety and a variety of other issues can affect each of us and impede our productivity. It’s important to learn ways to manage these issues throughout the busy semester. Join us for a Mindfulness Meditation Lunch where we will explore a relevant topic, discuss the topic over lunch, and then practice a mindfulness meditation. Facilitated by Dr. Joe Cooper, Psychologist, UHS. A healthy lunch will be served. The event is free. This event is open to Princeton University Graduate students.
