Need some help kick starting your new years fitness goal? Join us in Dillon Gym for an introductory Group Fitness class! BodyCombat is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Afterwards, we'll walk to Tico's for fresh pressed juice/smoothies.
