Application Fee Waivers

Eligibility

Applicants may be eligible to request a fee waiver based on the following criteria:

  • U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible to apply for a fee waiver based on:
    • Participation (past or present) in a program from the list below
    • Financial Hardship
  • Non-U.S. Citizens are eligible to apply for a fee waiver based on:
    • Participation (past or present) in a program from the list below
    • Not eligible for fee waiver based on financial hardship

Instructions

Financial Hardship - U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents Only

  1. Complete the Application
  2. On the Final Confirmation page of the application, click on the Submit & Pay button. This will bring you to the Payment Processing page. Please select “I would like to apply for a fee waiver”. Click on Continue. Complete Financial Information page.
  3. Click the Apply for Fee Waiver.

Program Participation

  1. Complete the Application
  2. On the Final Confirmation page of the application under Fee Waiver Request, choose the program that you have previously or are currently participating in from the drop down menu.
  3. Upload proof of program participation.
  4. Click on the Submit and Pay button. Select “I would like to apply for a fee waiver”. On the following page, confirm that the correct program was selected
  5. Click the Apply for Fee Waiver button.

 

You will be notified by email within three business days if your request was approved or denied. If your fee waiver request is denied, you will be required to return to the application to submit payment information. If your fee waiver request and application were submitted on the day of the deadline, your application will not be considered late.
