- U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible to apply for a fee waiver based on:
- Participation (past or present) in a program from the list below
- Financial Hardship
- Non-U.S. Citizens are eligible to apply for a fee waiver based on:
- Participation (past or present) in a program from the list below
- Not eligible for fee waiver based on financial hardship
Please note, requesting a fee waiver will not affect your application during the review process.
