You will receive a welcome letter via email from University Health Services (UHS). Once you have received that email, you will have access to the student health portal, MyUHS, and will be required to file a completed medical history and immunization record prior to arrival to Princeton. Although we appreciate it when you complete your requirements as early as possible, you will not be able to access MyUHS until after you receive the email. Princeton University requires all new incoming graduate students to receive, and provide proof of having received, a COVID-19 vaccine authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or the World Health Organization (WHO) prior to arrival. In addition, new incoming graduate students must receive a booster prior to arrival, or within 30 days after they become eligible. Students must upload their COVID19 record to the MYUHS portal. Students, including international students with questions about how to receive an authorized vaccine, should visit the COVID Resources website for more information and answers to frequently asked questions.
