Joana manages student records as well as the annual reenrollment process. She also handles data requests and reporting. She provides technical support for staff and graduate program administrators.

Before joining the Graduate School, Joana worked at the United Nations in New York City. She earned her master's degree from Rider University and her bachelor's degree from St. Scholastica's College.
