Areas of responsibility:

• With the goal of scaling access to experiential opportunities for all graduate students, the assistant director plans, administers, expands, and assesses six bespoke experiential fellowship programs funded and managed by the GradFUTURES team.
• Design workflows and processes to support the successful implementation of the University Administrative Fellowships, Higher Education Leadership Fellowships, Community College Teaching Fellowships, GradFUTURES Social Impact Fellowships, GradFUTURES Micro-Internships in Industry, and the Pre-Matriculation Internship programs.
• Collaborate with the Associate Dean, Assistant Deans and other key stakeholders to maintain and expand 100+ existing partnerships with campus partners, academic institutions, and nonprofit, public, and private sector organizations.
