This form is used to pay an enrolled graduate student a lump sum amount of money for incidental work not reported on an hourly basis and not considered a teaching, research or fellowship stipend.

Students who are being supported on external grants (e.g. NSF, NDSEG, Hertz, and so forth) may not be allowed by the terms of their external fellowship to engage in work. Please ask the student if s/he is being supported by an outside source, and if so, Dean Mawhinney must approve before work begins.
