Advanced graduate students and recent Ph.D. awardees needing to conduct research in Russia and Eurasia, Central or Eastern Europe may apply for Individual Advanced Research Grants from IREX. (Applicants for this fellowship are encouraged to apply also for the Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad Fellowship).
Applications are available and can be dowloaded from the website. You are responsible for submitting the IREX application directly to the IREX office. IREX Individual Advanced Research Grant applications are due in Washinton, D.C. on Nov. 15.
