Poetry and Prose in praise of the Prophet Muhammad

Feb 10 2017 -
6:30pm to 8:30pm

This Friday February 10, the Muslim Life Program in the Office of Religious Life is hosting an annual celebration and contemplation on the life, character and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad - Islam's confirming and culminating Messenger - at the historic Princeton University Chapel with doors opening at 6.30 pm. In a time of much division and derision, this event will bring hearts together through traditional and contemporary poetry and prose in praise of the Prophetic Path. Marvelous songs and music echoing throughout the chapel will delight senses and souls. This year the world-renowned poet Baraka Blue and the dynamic UK-based sister duo from Pearls of Islam will be performing along with several student offerings. Your presence will be welcome and blessed. Please plan on coming and bring your family & friends too!
