Mindfulness and Meditation Lunch: Relaxation and Better Sleep

Experience greater emotional balance and less sleep disturbances by practicing deep relaxation techniques. Simply being mindful of your thoughts and quieting your mental chatter may be enough to induce some much needed sleep. Good sleep is a skill that can be learned by practicing mindfulness and utilizing sleep strategies.

Facilitated by Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW. A healthy lunch will be served. The event is free.  This event is open to Princeton University Graduate students.
