Mindfulness and Meditation Lunch: Practicing Mindfulness while Traveling

Learn simple techniques to address travel related concerns of health, sleep, and jet-lag – which can help set a positive tone for the trip. Mindfulness skills can help with planning for our journey and with adjustment upon our return.  Facilitated by Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW. A healthy lunch will be served. The event is free.  This event is open to Princeton University Graduate students.
