Mindfulness and Meditation Lunch: Mastering Change
In this experiential workshop, you will learn mindfulness skills that can help you deal with change. Whether you are graduating or returning next year, a smooth transition can set the stage for success. Learn simple techniques that will help you adapt to change and enjoy positive experiences and emotions. Facilitated by Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW. A healthy lunch will be served. The event is free. This event is open to Princeton University Graduate students. Spouses/partners may also attend with permission. Sign-ups are encouraged but a number of walk-ins will be allowed.
