Mindfulness and Meditation Lunch: Finding Meaning through Work / Research

How we view our work impacts our well-being. Mindfulness practice can help us see our work as enjoyable and meaningful, which may lead to greater levels of health and intellectual satisfaction.  Facilitated by Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW. A healthy lunch will be served. The event is free.  This event is open to Princeton University Graduate students.
