Mindfulness and Meditation Lunch: The Art of Balance
Strike a healthy balance in your life between work and pleasure, duties and responsibilities, noise and silence, or sleep and waking. You need to constantly assess which aspect of life needs more attention, because this keeps changing. Mindfulness helps create balance between opposites and makes for a healthy, happy life. Facilitated by Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW. A healthy lunch will be served. The event is free. This event is open to Princeton University Graduate students.
