Mindfulness and Meditation Lunch
Sometimes a sense of fun, lightness, and play disappear when we must deal with work and other things that can be heavy, serious and uncertain. We’ll explore how to tip our minds out of worry or dread, and set down—even for a moment—all of the things we carry. Facilitated by Joe Cooper, Psychologist, UHS. A healthy lunch will be served. The event is free. This event is open to Princeton University graduate students. Spouses/partners may also attend with permission. Sign-ups are encouraged but a number of walk-ins will be allowed.
