Mindfulness and Meditation Lunch
We are interrupted unexpectedly at any time of the day by people, phones, texts, and emails. Mindfulness skills can help manage one’s attention so that it is focused on the immediate task at hand. Facilitated by Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW. A healthy lunch will be served. The event is free. This event is open to Princeton University Graduate students.
