Mindful Stress Management

Jan 7 2015 -
6:30pm to 7:30pm

In this workshop, you will learn simple and effective stress reduction techniques based on the practice of mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness is a meditative process that quiets the mind and releases physical distress. It can enable you to connect with the present moment and to cultivate greater acceptance.  Through mindfulness you can: enhance well-being, increase focus and productivity, improve communication and manage difficult situations.  Facilitated by Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW. Sign up with Olivia at omartel@princeton.edu.
