Building resilience, confidence, and poise to thrive in your career
All graduate students are invited to attend the 2nd Annual Leading with a PhD conference. The theme of the conference this year is “Building Resilience, Confidence, and Poise to Thrive in your Career.” This kicks off a spring series of career programs called, Pathways with a Ph.D., sponsored by The Graduate School, The Dean’s Leadership Council, and Career Services to support graduate student’s professional and personal development.  The conference will consist of a keynote address and Q & A on building confidence and resilience during challenging times, an interactive workshop on conflict resolution and negotiation skills led by an expert from Columbia University, and will end with an etiquette dinner to help graduate students develop poise in high-stakes, stressful situations.
Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis with priority given to Ph.D students. Space is limited. Please reserve your seat today. We will keep a waitlist as this event filled up very quickly last year.
