Join Campus Dining's Wellness Dietitian Melissa Mirota, RD for a family-friendly wellness food craft. Learn how to make a delicious nutritious bento box with rice and vegetables.  This whole food inspired lunch box concept focuses on Campus Dining's culinary principle --- serve whole minimally processed foods.  Our aim is to teach families creative ways to incorporate more vegetables into a daily lunch.  We welcome Princeton grad students, their spouses/partners and their children.  Spots are limited and sign-up is required.  Please email Olivia at omartel@princeton.edu to sign up indicating how many will attend.
