Designed specifically for staff, faculty, and graduate students, the Ally Project explores ways to better support LGBT students and colleagues. This class will cover topics, such as: language and terminology, how to support members of the LGBTQA community, and campus resources. This year’s Ally Project will be led by Zaneta Rago-Craft, Director of the Center for Social Justice Education and LGBT Communities at Rutgers University. Registration for both sessions is now available at the Employee Learning Center.
Sponsored by the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) Center, LGBT Employee Resource Group, LGBT Task Force, Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity, Office of Human Resources, and Office of the Vice President for Campus Life.
