Diversity Fellows

Diversity Fellows are apointed annually and are current graduate students at the dissertation writing stage of their programs. These fellows follow up via e-mail or phone calls with prospective students to encourage them to apply to Princeton. They also assist with and support on-campus programming for both recruitment and retention and, occasionally when the students' schedules allow, they travel with office staff to recruitment events and conferences.

Diversity fellows are meant to complement and extend the reach of the Office of Diversity and sustain a more consistent stream of communication with potential students. These positions offer a modest salary.
